This pattern produces consistent square holes and high aperture accuracy, making it ideal for general filtration applications such as SS tea strainers.
Square Mesh Twilled Weave incorporates a slight diagonal displacement in the weaving pattern, with each vertical wire running alternately over and under two horizontal wires to create the Twilled Weave Pattern. This mesh is woven with particularly thick wire cloth with apertures smaller than 63 microns, offering enhanced strength and resistance to wear and tear.
Single Plain Dutch Weave employs a combination of fine and coarse wires, with the fine wire running horizontally (weft) and the coarse wire running vertically (warp). This combination produces a stiffer wire mesh with finer aperture sizes, making it well-suited for applications requiring high dirt retaining capacity.
Dutch Twilled Weave features weft wires woven as close as possible to maximize strength and rigidity. The sole difference between the Dutch Twill Weave Mesh and Twill Weave is the wire diameter of the weft wire running horizontally across the width of the roll. Additionally, Dutch Twilled Weave exhibits superior abrasion resistance and effective filtration capabilities. Among the four, the Dutch Twilled Weave has the stiffest pattern and is suitable for applications demanding high mechanical strength.
